Meditation • Breathwork

Meditation and breathwork are gentle, yet powerful practices that help calm the mind, nurture the heart, and restore a sense of balance. Meditation creates a space of peace, allowing you to quiet the mind, reconnect with your true self, and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm. Breathwork, through conscious breathing techniques, helps release tension, soothe the nervous system, and bring clarity, helping you feel more grounded and centered.

Kundalini yoga beautifully combines meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement to awaken and nourish the energy within the body. With its gentle postures, breath practices, and soothing chants, it clears blockages in the energy system, helping to restore harmony, promote emotional healing, and deepen spiritual awareness.

Together, these practices offer a nurturing journey of self-discovery and healing, helping to reduce stress, open your heart, and bring a sense of peace, vitality, and connection to your body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a heart-centered practice that blends yoga, meditation, and mantras to awaken the dormant energy within the body, known as Kundalini. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, this practice is designed to promote physical health, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. While Kundalini yoga can be challenging at times, as it includes dynamic movements, breathwork, and the repetition of mantras, it is deeply transformative. Met has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and her journey has been deeply transformative.

She completed her Hatha Yoga teacher training at Wild Lotus Yoga in 2014, and has also trained in restorative yoga and children’s yoga. Her experience teaching children and teenagers was particularly rewarding, as she witnessed firsthand the positive shifts in their confidence and well-being through the practice.

In 2024, Met went to India and deepened her practice by training in Kundalini Yoga under the guidance of renowned teachers Gurmukh and Guru Shabd from Golden Bridge Yoga. This month-long training was one of the most challenging experiences she has ever encountered, but it proved to be profoundly impactful. Despite the challenges, Met practices Kundalini yoga every day, recognizing how it shifts her entire physiology and brings her a deep sense of peace and clarity.
