Private Sessions – One on One / Couples

Met has over 16 years of experience in energy work, her reiki sessions have evolved over the years into a variety of different modalities and techniques she has trained in and intuitively been called to explore and work with.  Her focus now is sound healing alchemy, Cacao offerings and pure love frequency activations. 

Private mixed modality sessions include crystal reiki, chakra activations through breath-work, soul cleansing, cutting of unhealthy cords and quite prominently – sound healing.  She uses 432Hz quartz crystal bowls, 528Hz chimes, monochord, gongs, solfeggio frequencies and any other instrument she is intuitively guided to play. She works with her clients on an emotional level to tenderly move energy, connect heart and mind and clear, balance, and activate the chakras with pure love vibrational frequencies. Her goal is to shift any limiting beliefs her clients may have around self love, to reconnect them to their true divine essence and to open the doorway to explore sacred self union.

Sound Healing Alchemy (Sound Bath)

Met also offers private and group sound healings. As above she guides you on a meditative journey to generate high vibrational sound frequencies, with the intention to reset, create inner peace and activate the chakra system to its pure love essence.  A safe space to connect with ones heart center, dissolving the senses of the mind and to be free to relax into the eternal flow of ones truth.  

Sound healings can induce a state of ease and harmony in the body, reduce anxiety, create inner peace, self-love, and an overall healing of the mind, body and soul.  Sound frequencies can also clear the auric field of any blocked or unwanted energy, releasing any old patterns, stress and replacing it with a rejuvenated feeling of bliss.  During a sound journey/bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state and even restorative state (delta).  It is in this state that deep healing can occur.
